Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions, however if you have a question that is not addressed below please click on the blue "ask a question" button and we would be more than happy to answer them.
- Can I stop a module if I get interrupted?
Yes. Simply use the bookmark function and complete your module when you have some time to yourself. Please note however your logon to each course expires after two calendar months.
- Do I have to pay by Paypal?
Paypal is our preferred payment method as it offers both you as the buyer and we as the seller excellent security features and guarantees in the event of fraud. If you would like to learn more about Paypal before deciding to purchase in this way please follow the link.

- Do PD Health's learning modules count towards my profession's continuing professional development requirements?
PD Health offers a range of learning opportunities and therefore it is most likely that your PD Health activities will count towards various categories of your professional development requirements whether direct/assessed training, self-directed learning or reflective practice. You may also be able to author a learning module and benefit from points/hours for these activities.
Each profession has its own requirements for continuing professional development which may take the form of points or hours. Refer to the links page to be directed to your professional association or registration board for more information.
- I am a member of my professional association, do I get a discount?
PD Health recognises the importance of membership of professional associations. We are in the process of negotiating with many professional associations to explore discount options. Why not contact your association today and ask them to contact PD Health to provide this member benefit.
- I am a member, can I let someone else use my login?
No. There is a strict code of professional conduct and business courtesy expected of members. Each login is unique to an individual and for that person's benefit only. When you login you will be expected to complete a declaration of your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the website which includes not divulging your login or allowing access in any way to another person.
- Is PD Health a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)?
No. PD Health recognises that health professionals need a range of learning opportunities post formal qualifications to develop their professional identity, clinical reasoning, practice skills and management skills. The aim of PD Health is professional development rather that formal RTO certification although records of completion are provided and modules have an assessment component.
